I'm Bijan, a 2024 graduate from the University of San Diego from Fountain Valley, California. As a child, I enjoyed playing sports, watching sports, and talking about sports. When I realized that I was most likely not going to make it to the NBA, I really thought about how I could stay involved in sports throughout my life. For this reason, I decided to attend the University of Oregon and enroll in the Sports Business concentration at the Lundquist School of Business.

After two years at the University of Oregon, I realized that it wasn't the right place for me. I made the decision to transfer to the University of San Diego, and it ended up being the most impactful decision of my life. I met great people, joined the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, and expanded my knowledge on business and marketing.

 

While at USD, I became more passionate about a variety of marketing topics. I have found interest in tech marketing, product management, and brand marketing. By way of my professional experience as well as valuable class projects, I have enhanced my skills in these subjects and am well equipped to continue my marketing journey going forward.
